AutoSys has cooperated with a leading domestic automotive lighting system manufacturer to develop ADB system since 2023, and this system has successfully passed multiple real-vehicle verifications in the fourth quarter of 2023. The function tests include recognition of oncoming vehicles, vehicles ahead in the same direction, pedestrians, and lane lines, and control of the automatic activation and deactivation of matrix high beams and independent LED lights. The verification results showed the accuracy rate is higher than 95%.

We have highly customization capabilities. This project is based on the hardware of the lighting system and sensing platforms of the automotive lighting system manufacturer to complete the development of sensing software, image-based distance calibration tools, and lens and lamp calibration tools. Through CAN bus communication, advanced control commands for lamps were defined to complete the ADB functionality.

Currently, this technological product has been developed to the stage of mass production and it is actively working with partners to deploy domestic and international automobile manufacturers.
